Tournament Roster Rules

Roster Lock

• Team rosters will lock at the start of the first game of the tournament, not at the start of an individual team's first game.
• In most cases, roster lock will occur at 6:00 PM on Friday of tournament weekend.

Player Eligibility

• All players must be listed on a team's official roster before roster lock to be eligible to participate.
• Players whose parent or guardian has not yet approved the required waiver will not appear on the public roster. However, these players are considered legally rostered once they have been added by the team.

Illegal Players

• Teams using a player who is not legally rostered are subject to forfeit, at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
• A player may not compete for more than one team in the same tournament.

Tournament Definitions

The following are not considered the same tournament:

• Different age divisions within the same event.
• Separate All-Star and Travel tournaments.

Pitch Count

• Players participating in multiple Training Legends tournaments during the same weekend are still subject to all applicable pitch count rules.

Emergency Roster Additions

• After rosters are locked, players may only be added on an emergency basis with approval from the Tournament Director.

Final Authority

• The Tournament Director has final authority on all roster and player eligibility decisions.
