• All teams must complete their registration through the Training Legends registration system.
• Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the event reaches capacity.
• A team's spot is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Registration and full payment are due by 6:00 PM on the Friday prior to the event.

• Any team with an unpaid balance after 6:00 PM Friday may have its registration canceled and its spot released to another team without notice.
• Teams on the waitlist may be offered any available openings after the payment deadline.

If you have scheduling requests for an event, you can submit them directly from your Team Dashboard.

Steps

1. Log in to your Training Legends Team Dashboard.
2. Locate the event you are registered for in the Events section.
3. On the right side of the event square, click the blue Schedule Requests link.
4. Enter your preferred game times or times of day.
5. Click Save to submit your requests.

Important Notes

• Schedule requests are requests only and cannot be guaranteed.
• The Special Request deadline is Tuesday at 12:00 PM (Noon). Requests submitted after this deadline may not be accommodated.
• Be as specific as possible to give our scheduling team the best opportunity to accommodate your needs.
• If your availability changes before the Tuesday Noon deadline, return to the event through your Team Dashboard and update your request.

The initial Training Legends schedule will be released by 10:00 PM on Wednesday. This schedule is intended to give you an early look at your upcoming assignments and allow you to begin planning.

Please note that the schedule is subject to change after its initial release. Adjustments may be necessary due to field availability, coach requests, weather-related updates, game additions, or other scheduling conflicts.

Your schedule should not be considered final until you receive your Welcome Letter via email. The Welcome Letter confirms your final assignments and indicates that your schedule has been finalized.

We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work to ensure the most accurate schedule possible.

When a tournament or division reaches capacity, additional teams will automatically be placed on the waitlist.

How the Waitlist Works

• Teams are added to the waitlist in the order their registration is received.
• Being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee entry into the tournament.
• Waitlisted teams are not required to pay unless they are offered a spot in the tournament.

How Teams Are Selected

Teams are moved from the waitlist when:

• A registered team withdraws.
• Additional field space becomes available.
• The tournament expands to accept more teams.

Training Legends may also consider maintaining competitive balance within divisions when filling openings.
